COVID-19:
Verdigre Schools Closed for the Year
To My Math Students:
Well, not exactly how we pictured this year ending, huh? I guess there is a first for everything and I have never witnessed anything like this before. With that being said, we are going to be doing the best we can to try to get you guys some resources to help continue your learning and challenge you outside of the classroom.
I have an online platform for math instruction that is aligned with the standards for the classes you are enrolled in. None of the work you would be doing will be for a grade, but it would allow you to see and practice the material we would have covered in class. If you are interested in access to this resource, please send me an email so I can send you instructions to get started.
Also, keep an eye on my website for periodic challenges for classes (look at class pages listed below), as well as puzzles and logic exercises to stretch your minds a little bit. If print sources are better for you, just let me know! I am happy to make up math packets that can be sent home.
I'm sorry that the year ended the way it did and hope we are able to get back to a sense of normal as soon as possible. In the meantime, stay safe and stay healthy. I miss you all and hope to hear from you soon!
